Rebuilding Together Quad Cities and The Home Depot Team up to Help Korean War Veteran in Rock Island

October 26, 2016 - Rebuilding Together Quad Cities and Bettendorf Home Depot store employees joined forces, supported by a $2,000 grant from the Home Depot Foundation, to build a wheel chair ramp for a Korean War Veteran in Rock Island to help him and his wife remain independent and in their home.
 
 

RTQC Awarded $5,000 by The Moline Foundation

July 19, 2016 - RTQC is pleased to announce that it has received a grant from the Tom & Karen Getz fund administered through The Moline Foundation to provide home repairs and modifications to those in the QC least able.
 
 

Iowa Mortgage Association Charity Golf Tournament nets $6,275

June 30, 2016 - For the fifth consecutive year, RTQC was named the marquee charity for Iowa Mortgage Association's Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Members of the IMA also helped build a wheelchair ramp to improve access to the home of one of our client homeowners! Scott County Housing Council awards RTQC $5,000 Grant

May 17, 2016 - RTQC received a grant from the Scott County Housing Council, the funding arm of the Quad Cities Housing Cluster, in the amount of $5,000 for projects in Scott County. We are grateful for your recognition of the importance of our work as a Community Revitalization Partner.
 
 

Jaycees of the Quad Cities Donates $2,000 for Spring Workday

April 16, 2016 - Jennifer Kincaid, President of Jaycees of the Quad Cities, donated $2,000 and provided volunteers to improve bathroom accessibility for a local disabled man as well as a few other smaller repairs.
 
 

Scott County Housing Council awards RTQC $5,000 Grant

December 22, 2015 - RTQC received an early Christmas present this year in the form of an award letter from the Scott County Housing Council, the funding arm of the Quad Cities Housing Cluster, in the amount of $5,000 for projects in Scott County. We are grateful for your support of our work.
 
 

The Amy Helpenstell Foundation Fund awards RTQC $20,000 grant

October 14, 2015 - The Amy Helpenstell Foundation notified RTQC that it has been awarded a grant for $20,000 for projects in Rock Island. Words cannot express our gratitude for this generous gift and for your support of our mission over these many years!
 
 

Iowa Mortgage Association Charity Golf Tournament nets $7,700

October 7, 2015 - For the fourth consecutive year, RTQC was named the marquee charity for the Iowa Mortgage Association's Annual Charity Golf Tournament. In return for providing volunteers to work its 15-May-2015 golf tournament, members of the IMA presented RTQC with a check in the amount of $7,700. SAU Students partner with RTQC for SAU's 2015 Urban Plunge

August 24, 2015 - Approximately 30 St. Ambrose University students volunteered for "Urban Plunge" service work on Aug 24, 2015. RTQC supported the program for incoming freshmen by providing the project, material, tools and oversight to stain a three-story deck and to scrape and paint entrances on an apartment building owned by Neighborhood Housing, another non-profit serving the community.
