RTQC and US Army Warrant Officer Association Volunteers join forces to rehab Davenport home

What started as a slow leak quickly escalated, resulting in significant water damage to Saletha's home. Once RTQC learned about Saletha's situation, we identified a funding source for materials and coordinated with volunteers from the US Army Warrant Officer Association and the Rock Island Arsenal to repair the leak and to perform essential repairs.
